PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tacky adhesive composition composed mainly of a diene rubber, which suitably forms a non-curing type tacky adhesive tape for packaging and the like, preventing the viscosity from being lowered by shearing at kneading it etc., having an excellent weatherability and neither discoloring an adhesive tape nor staining an adherend. SOLUTION: The non-curing type tacky adhesive composition is composed mainly of a diene rubber such as a natural rubber or a synthetic cis-1,4-polyisoprene, wherein a nonstaining antiaging agent jointly using a thiourea antiaging agent and p-aminophenol, is formulated.
