PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting structure for a steering gearbox capable of simplifying the structure and properly supporting the steering gearbox. SOLUTION: A housing 11 is constituted by jointing a cast casing 12 to a cylinder tube 13 formed out of sheet metal, and a casing 12 is fixed on a front suspension member 20 through a bush 23 by an integrated mount 21. The cylinder tube 13 is clamped by a first and a second brackets 31, 32 through a rubber member 33, and the first bracket 31 is fixed on the front suspension member 20 through the bush 23 by a fastening bolt 22.
