COLORED BORING LUBRICANT SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant sheet with a lubricant resin composition producing no toxic substance in combustion nor making any error in discriminating the front and rear of the lubricant sheet in manufacturing a printed circuit board. SOLUTION: In the lubricant sheet for boring a laminated plate or a plastic plate with a resin composition layer stuck to one side of metallic foil, a non-halogen coloring matter suitable for the lubricant resin composition is mixed to clarify the front and rear sides to thereby eliminate an arrangement error in boring. With the non-halogen coloring matter mixed, the boring lubricant sheet washable in water and harmless to environment is acquired. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
