PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat improved in antibacterial performance and deodorizing performance and manufacturable at a low cost. SOLUTION: A loop pile 12a is formed by twisting polyamide fibers 13 or the like for usual use, and a cut pile 12b higher in height from a sheet than the loop pile 12a is formed by twisting photocatalyst fiber 14.
