<p>The invention relates to a device (1) comprising a covering part (2) which can be anchored on a seabed (ZF) by various ballasting means (3a, 3b, ... 3g), a plurality of modular elements (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e) which can be joined to each other in order to form a cylindrical area (ZC) around an axis (Z'Z), whereby each of said modular elements (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e) and the covering part (2) are made of a coated textile, laminated or laminate material, said device (1) comprising at least one radial stress means (12a, 12b, 12c, 12d) and at least one axial stress means (13). The invention can be applied to a method for collecting a leak, e.g. petroleum and/or for tranquilizing a water column comprising riser piping.</p> |
