<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct noise when a moving body is reflected. <P>SOLUTION: In a picture processing part 2, an original picture data acquirement means 3 acquires original picture data for shifting a pixel from picture data generated by a non-contact image reader 1. A moving body detection means 4 compares a plurality of pieces of original picture data, detects the presence or absence of original picture data where the moving body is reflected and specifies original picture data. When the moving body detection means 4 detects original picture data where the moving body is taken, the picture correction means 5 performs correction processing for removing a moving body part by using original picture data for a still body, and generates correction picture data. A composite processing means 6 composes a picture by using original picture data of only the still body and correction picture data from which the moving body part is removed, and generates picture data from which the moving body part is removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
