<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting apparatus using a low-cost light-emitting diode element that emits light of white color and lamp bulb color. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting apparatus is equipped with a substrate 100 formed in nearly tube shape, red color and bluish green color light-emitting elements 210, 220 mounted on the surface of this substrate 100, and a reflecting member 300 that reflects the light emitted respectively from the light-emitting diode elements 210, 220. The red color light-emitting diode element 210 is constructed of a workpiece which emits light with a wavelength of 630 nm peak emission wavelength and the bluish green color light-emitting diode element 220 is constructed of a workpiece that emits light with a wavelength of 495-500 nm or 490-495 peak emission wavelength. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
