<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: when a control button desired to change its setting overstrides a plurality of tags different from each other, a complicated trouble of reselecting each the tag one by one occurs in a printer utility of an application such as a printer driver used on a PC. <P>SOLUTION: This user interface registration system has a use frequency update means varying use frequency of the control button of each tag image of the printer utility according to the number of use times, and a use frequency decision means deciding the use frequency of each the control button.
