<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery cell, its manufacturing method and a fuel battery capable of preventing the surface of an electrolyte from crack and separation at reducrion of a support, and preventing performance of the solid electrolyte from deterioration caused by diffusion of atom from the support. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel battery cell is formed by sequentially arranging a fuel electrode side electrode 33b, a solid electrolyte 33c, and an oxygen side electrode 33d on the surface of the support 33a containing at least an iron group metal and/or an oxide of the iron group metal. On the definition that a length of the support 33a is L1, that after heat treatment at 1,000 °C under reductive environment is L2, and a variation (ΔL) is L2-L1, ΔL/L1 ranges between -0.05% and 0.05%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
