<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous ink composition, containing only a small amount of mold proof and antiseptic agent so as not to give a bad effect to the composition and without forming rot caused by the generation of the mold and propagation of microorganisms even after preserving for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: This aqueous ink composition contains at least a coloring agent, water and a pyridine-based mold proof and antiseptic agent. As the pyridine-based mold proof and antiseptic agent, at least 1 kind selected from zinc 2-pyridinethiol-1-oxide, sodium salt of 2-pyridinethiol-1-oxide, 2,3,5,6-tetrachloro-4-(methylsulfonyl)pyridine and bis(pyridine-2-thiol-1-oxide) zincate is cited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
