PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the further precise delivery of information to user's action in an information delivery system. SOLUTION: The movement history of the user is transmitted to a movement history management server 13 for each of a plurality of terminals 11 owned by the user. When information with a display condition is transmitted from an information provider terminal 13, a server 13 performs filtering in reference to a the display condition and the stored movement history of the user, and specifies and transmits the information with the display condition to be transmitted.
