PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic EL panel for light-emitting with high brightness in a manufacturing method of the organic EL panel holding a light emitting layer among a plurality of electrodes. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises a laminate 9 in which a light-transmissive display segment section 2a, an organic layer 4 and the rear face electrode 5 are sequentially laminated on a glass substrate 1, and a light-transmissive lead section 5a formed by being connected to the rear electrode 5, and furthermore, comprises a resistance decreasing process for eliminating an oxide film generated between the rear electrode 5 and the lead section 5a.
