PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable contact member which can switch a highly reliable switching circuit and a switching device using the movable contact member. SOLUTION: The movable contact member 1 has a reversible portion 2 which is formed by swelling a metal plate in one side direction, an extended portion 3 which is formed by extending a peripheral edge 2b of the reversible portion 2 outward, and soldering portions formed in sections of the extended portion 3, which can be soldered to mounting portions of a printed board, wherein the extended portion 3 has sections contacting closely to a surface of the printed board 32, convex sections in the rest which are formed being estranged from the mounting portions 33b of the printed board 32 with a prescribed distance, and the soldering portions which are formed on the convex sections 3a.
