PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement binder capable of binding reinforcements by a resilient force generated by the whole binder without use of a fixing bolt or a specified fastening device while using the resilient force of a plate spring and the stress of the touching and crossing reinforcement by one touch operation of an operator and sufficiently filling concrete without generation of voids in the joints of reinforcements when filling concrete. SOLUTION: The reinforcement binder is constituted of a receiver 2 holding a reinforcement a and right and left side plates 4, 4 oppositely bent at substantially right angle from both ends of the upper face 5, and has an opening 3 formed at the lower portions of right and left side plates having a smaller opening length than the diameter of the touching and crossing other reinforcements b, and holds the rebars by the resilient force of of the right and left side plates.
