PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe pile installing attachment (1) dispensing with the replacement of the steel pipe pile installing attachment even when requiring to open a prepared hole in advance in the ground for preventing dislocation in the rotational press-in direction and removing an underground obstacle or the like (2) facilitating accurate positioning when setting a pile core, (3) causing no disturbance of an earth layer of a steel pipe pile peripheral surface, and (4) preventing deformation of an opening end part of a steel pipe pile. SOLUTION: This attachment is provided with a columnar body part, an installing part to be installed in a pile rotational press-in means of a steel pipe pile rotational press-in device arranged in an upper end part of the body part, a collar part for pressing down the upper end of the steel pipe pile arranged in a lower end part of the body part and a pile inserting part to be inserted into the steel pipe pile arranged in a lower end part of the collar part, and a spiral excavating blade is formed in the pile inserting part.
