PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shield packing capable of having sufficient retention force to mount only by inserting it in a flange and providing fine electromagnetic wave sealing performance and water-tightness between a flange and a mounting section as well as no necessity for fixing it with an adhesive. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave shield packing comprises the mounting section 12 having an approximately U-shaped section mounted by inserting it in the flange 16, a hollow seal section 12 having a pantograph-shaped section for sealing between the mounting section and a door 2 by adhering to the door 2 when the door 2 is closed, a wire-carrier type core bar 17 embedded in the mounting section 12 and claw-shaped sealing sections 14, 15a, 15b and 15c oppositely projected to the inside of the mounting section 12, the whole body except the core bar 17 is integrally molded from a conductive rubber, the mounting section 12 having rigidity resulting from the core bar 17 embedded therein is mounted by having sufficient retention force to the flange 16, and when the mounting section 12 is inserted in the flange 16, the front end of the claw-shaped sealing section 15c integrally gets on the claw-shaped sealing section 15b.
