PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide panty hose series so designed as to give favorable wearing feeling to a wearer even when wearing any sizes; and to provide a method for producing the panty hose. SOLUTION: The panty hose series are structured as follows: the stretched dimension and the non-stretched dimension of the thigh part of a small sized panty hose are respectively set so as to be smaller than those of the thigh part of a standard sized panty hose, the stretched dimension and the non-stretched dimension of the thigh part of a large sized panty hose are respectively set so as to be larger than those of the thigh part of the standard sized one, and the thigh parts of the respective panty hoses are formed so as to have the same mesh size. The method for producing the panty hose series comprises the following process: setting the shuttle diameter of a small size round braid machine to be smaller and setting the shuttle diameter of a large size round braid machine to be larger each than that of a standard size round braid machine with which the standard sized panty hose is knitted, and making the gauge of respective round braid machines substantially identical to one another.
