MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR CORELESS SHEET ROLL AND CORE AND TOOL USED IN THIS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a coreless sheet roll by taking a core out of the inner periphery of the sheet roll easily and neatly after winding a sheet around the core. SOLUTION: The sheet 2 is wound around the outer periphery of the core 10 in which a slot 11 inclined obliquely with respect to the radial direction is provided over the whole length in the direction of axial line. Next, the core 10 is rotated in such a way that an opposing face 11a on one side of the slot 11 is deviated onto a central side in the radial direction for an opposing face 11b on the other side and the core 10 is shrunk in the radial direction at the inner periphery of the sheet 2 wound like a roll.
