PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a yarn package causing little yarn falling, a fluff and sagging in a package end part by stabilizing yarn delivery behavior by eliminating nipping of yarn by upstream-downstream side blades in an end part in the yarn traverse device. SOLUTION: This traverse device has a yarn guide regulating guide for guiding the yarn in the traverse direction, and delivers the yarn between the upstream-downstream side blades for mutually rotating the inverse direction, and traverses the yarn along the yarn guide regulating guide. The traverse device is provided with a lower yarn guide regulating guide for sending the yarn to an end surface by the downstream side blade and regulating the yarn delivery timing on a receiving end surface by the upstream side blade on the downstream side of the downstream side blade of a delivery end surface.
