PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing utensil made of a plastic having a display part on which recording can be performed by printing or a ball-point pen. SOLUTION: This binding type sealing utensil is constituted of the display part 2 made of a sheet-form article being excellent in printing property, and a strap-like binding part 3 made of a plastic which is connected with the edge part of the display part 2 through a meltable connecting part 5a. For the binding part, an engaging female part 5 is arranged in a vicinity of the meltable connecting part 5a, and an engaging part 7 which engages with the engaging female part 5 is arranged at a part which is extended from the engaging female part 5.
