PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel lid structure which prevents generation of noises between a lid body and a vehicle body, and paint peeling as well as dropping-off of a damper. SOLUTION: In this fuel lid structure, a fuel lid opening 12 is provided on the rear of the vehicle body 11, and a lid body 15 closing the fuel lid opening 12 is supported by a roughly perpendicular supporting shaft 25 through a hinge member 26 so as to open and close. The whole lid body 15 is structured so as to be brought out to the outside of the vehicle body from the fuel lid opening 12. An opening 42 is provided in a flange portion 15b at the peripheral edge of the lid body 15, and a damper 41 intervened between the lid body 15 and the vehicle body 11 in a closed state of the lid body 15 is provided at the opening 42.
