PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a styrene based resin laminated sheet wherein the occurrence of a thread-like beard-shape burr produced when the sheet is cut is extremely little, and a formed article which is constituted by forming the laminated sheet. SOLUTION: A base material layer (A) contains a graft copolymer (al) which is formed by graft-copolymerizing a rubber-like polymer and a styrene based monomer, and of which the average rubber particle diameter is 0.2 to 1.5μm. On at least one surface of the base material layer (A), a surface resin layer (B) of which the surface resistivity is 1×10<SP>3</SP>Ωor higher and less than 1×10<SP>13</SP>Ωis laminated.
