METHOD FOR DISCRIMINATING WRINKLE BY REPLICA IMAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for discriminating wrinkles or their signs by computing in the form of a numeric value as a wrinkle evaluation value. SOLUTION: The method for discriminating the degree of unevenness formed by the unevenness of the skin on a replica sample is a method of discriminating the replica sample extracted from the skin. A lens of a microscope is arranged in a position of 90°to the replica sample, and the replica sample is irradiated with light at an incident angle of 10-40°. A shadow image of the surface unevenness of the replica sample formed by incident light is taken in as an image through the microscope. At least two straight lines (scanning lines) passing through the same point are set on the image. The representative value of luminosity of pixels existing on the same straight line, and the characteristics of two straight lines (scanning lines) are set as indexes for every straight line.
