PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food/drink managing unit which enables an easier and accurate numerical management of foods or drinks. SOLUTION: The food/drink managing unit which manages the foods or drinks so as to enable the guests to take out them conveyed by a circulating conveyor 10 is provided with type identifying bodies I which are carried by the conveyor 10 and display the types of the foods or drinks arranged behind in the direction of conveying them in a visually recognizable fashion, a control means 60 which stores the index figures of the visitors varying according to the number of the visitors at each specified time and outputs the index figure of the visitors corresponding to the current time and a display means 50 for displaying the index figures of the visitors. A plurality of the type identifying bodies I are prepared per food or drink and the order information is displayed in a visually recognizable fashion indicating the order determined of placing the foods or drinks separately on the conveyor 10.
