L-ARGININE PRODUCING MICROORGANISM CORYNEBACTERIUM GLUTAMICUM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING L-ARGININE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An L-arginine producing microorganism Corynebacterium glutamicum and a method for producing L-arginine using the same microorganism are provided, thereby mass-producing L-arginine because the microorganism does not affected by feed back inhibition to L-arginine. CONSTITUTION: The microorganism Corynebacterium glutamicum(KCTC 10423BP) producing L-arginine and having L-arginine resistance is provided, wherein Corynebacterium glutamicum(KCTC 10423BP) requires amino acids for its growth. The method for producing L-arginine comprises culturing Corynebacterium glutamicum(KCTC 10423BP) at 25 to 35 deg. C and pH 5.5 to 7.5; and collecting L-arginine from the cultured medium.
