PURPOSE: A system and a method for using a vending machine with no charge through an AD(ADvertisement) are provided to make a user use the vending machine without charge by receiving the AD through a user terminal. CONSTITUTION: The user terminals(8a,8b) request a free use of the vending machines(2a-2n) by connecting to the wire/wireless network, receive the AD matched with a free use request, and send an AD view confirmation. The free/charged vending machines store a free use password through the wire/wireless network, allow the free use if a number inputted from the user is identical with the free use password, and transmit the free use information. A free use manager(6) generates the free use password if the user requests the free use through the user terminal or the vending machine, transmits the free use password and a telephone number of the user terminal to the vending machine, transmits the free use password and a part of AD to the user terminal, and transmits the rest AD and processes the user particulars if one of the free use information and the AD view confirmation is received.
