<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaning device capable of stably exhibiting sufficient air cleaning effect without using a fan device with a large blowing capacity. <P>SOLUTION: The air cleaning device comprises the fan device 1, an air-permeable cylindrical container 2 with a hollow part 2a and an annular chamber 2b, and a granular air cleaning agent 3 stored inside the annular chamber 2b. Air is sucked from the hollow part 2a by driving the fan device 1. In the air cleaning device, air circulates from the outer periphery to the inner periphery of the annular chamber 2b and the air circulation passage is short. Accordingly, sufficient air cleaning effects can be stably provided without using the fan device 1 with a large blowing capacity and without largely deteriorating the force of circulating air. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
