<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside handle device which can enhance assemblability without restrictions on general-purpose properties. <P>SOLUTION: An outside handle 11 is equipped with a handle part 12 which is arranged outside a door for a vehicle, and a handle frame 13 which is fixed to the door for the vehicle and to which a hinge arm part 15a provided in the handle part 12 is assembled so as to support the handle part 12. The arm part 15a is provided with a protrusion 15i.
