FORMING METHOD OF COLOR ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a light emitting layer and a non-light emitting layer of a color organic light emitting device with variation in thickness for large scale manufacturing.

SOLUTION: (a) An anode and a cathode are prepared. (b) One or more light emitting layers that emit light of specified color are formed between the anode and the cathode. (c) One or more organic layers are formed by selectively transferring an organic material from one or more donner elements, in relation to the light emitting layer. (d) The thickness of the organic layer formed in the process (c) is varied so that the color light emitted from the light emitting layer is effective for the organic light emitting device.
