<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a used injection needle detachment structure for safely, positively, smoothly and stably detaching a used injection needle from a syringe with small push-in force. <P>SOLUTION: This used injection needle detachment structure is provided with a detachment member 2 and a push-up member 3. The detachment member 2 is constituted by forming an injection needle detachment hole 21 and forming a slit groove 22 radially around the detachment hole 21 to form a detachment piece 26, and forming a locking part 27 at the radially inner end part of the detachment piece. The locking part is formed to incline radially inside toward the lower side, and the upper end diameter D1 of the detachment hole is larger than the proximal end side outer diameter D3 of the injection needle 12, while the lower end diameter D2 of the detachment hole is smaller than the proximal end side outer diameter of the injection needle. The push-up member 3 is provided in a vertically movable manner at the upper part of the detachment member through an elastic member 5 and formed with an injection needle through hole 31 disposed in a position to correspond to the detachment hole of the detachment member to allow the insertion of the injection needle mounted to the front end side of the syringe 10 but not to allow the insertion of an injection cylinder 13 of a syringe body 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
