PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add information to communication data which are independent of communication applications of a communication terminal.

SOLUTION: A repeater 1 is provided with a repeating control part 13, a control information database (DB) 14, an addition part 15, and an added DB 16. The repeating control part 13 controls the addition part 15 on the basis of information stored in the control information DB 14. The addition part 15 adds added data stored in the added DB 16 to decoded first contents on the basis of a control instruction from the repeating control part 13.
