PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution control method capable of distributing information relating to a certain person in consideration of the privacy of the person.

SOLUTION: Prior to the transmission of relating information from an information providing means to an information requesting means, an information transmission condition deciding means decides the transmission condition of the relating information on the basis of a policy indicated by the person relating to the relating information, the policy indicated by the information providing means and the policy indicated by the information requesting means and the information providing means transmits the relating information according to the transmission condition decided by the information transmission condition deciding means.
