<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a haplotype analyzer which can extract a haplotype significant on relation to a disease from case-control information related to a large amount of SNP in high accuracy and at a high speed, and to provide a program for performing a haplotype analysis method with a computer. <P>SOLUTION: This haplotype analyzer is used for extracting a linkage disequilibrium site from SNP sample data, determining a diplotype at the extracted linkage disequilibrium site, memorizing the determined diplotype in response to the pair of haplotypes ID, dividing the SNP sample data into a case group and a control group on the basis of specific index information, subjecting all the linkage disequilibrium sites and the SNP to genetic heterogeneity tests, and comparing and analyzing both the test results. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
