PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure using building constituents and its construction method. SOLUTION: In a floor construction with floor members 9 laid on the upper flanges 41, building constituents 4A each equipped with a rising portion 41 and an upper flange 42 extended from the upper end of the rising portion, and a lower flange 43 extended from the lower end of the rising portion 41 are installed as one united portion in advance on sleepers and floor joists 8; the floor members 9 are installed to the upper flanges 42 of the building constituents 4A, in a space on the rear surface of the floor members 9, ends of bottom surfaces of functional bodies 5A each having thermal insulation, sound absorption, noise insulation, fire resistance or heating functions or the like are so installed as to support the lower flange 43 in a space under the rear surface of the floor members 9.
