PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a light-diffusing frosted acrylic resin plate without allowing a colored foreign matter to be mixed by using a polymer particle obtained by precipitating with a magnesium based flocculant added to a polymerized mixture after a material monomer is polymerized while dispersed in a liquid phase, and coextrusion-molding a particle-containing acrylic resin composition with the polymerized particle blended into an acrylic resin and a light-diffusing acrylic resin composition with a light diffuser blended into an acrylic resin. SOLUTION: The polymer particle used in this method is a polymer particle washed after the precipitation until a magnesium content is 50 ppm or less. Coextrusion molding is performed so that layers formed of the particle-containing acrylic resin composition are laminated on both surfaces of a layer formed of the light diffuser containing acrylic resin composition.
