PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complex heat storage device particularly usable for both floor heating and floor cooling. SOLUTION: At least two types of latent heat type heat storage materials are filled in a container 1. The first heat storage material h1 has a melting point in an intermediate temperature area, the second one has a melting point in a high temperature area, and the third one has a melting point in a low temperature area. The melting point in the high temperature area is suitable for strong heating, the intermediate temperature area is suitable for normal heating, and the low temperature area is suitable for cooling.
