PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent falling off of a drive chassis from a main chassis by preventing slip-out of a rotation shaft of the drive chassis from a shaft supporting mount when the device is dropped causally, as for an optical disk reproducing device such as a DVD player or the like. SOLUTION: Two catches 31, 32 for retaining the drive chassis 1 to the main chassis 2 are provided respectively to each rotation shaft 30 of the drive chassis 1. When a force is applied in the direction B being orthogonal to a disk insertion direction for the drive chassis 1, the catch 31 in each rotation shaft 30 of the drive chassis 1 is retained by an engaging groove 27, and the catch 32 is retained by a stopper 20 of the main chassis 2.
