PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a clock, data, and a start pulse which are supplied to a driver IC from deviating in timing. SOLUTION: A display device is equipped with the driver IC which receives the clock, data, and start pulse outputted by a controller 103 through an input terminal, supplies the received clock, data, and start pulse to a switch 2031 in the same route but not through an internal circuit 2021, and supplies the received clock, data, and start pulse to an output terminal through the switch 2031.
