PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheared reinforcement and a connection method for it, improving construction efficiency and reducing a cost. SOLUTION: The sheared reinforcements obtained by connecting two opposite latch plates by a steel bar are inserted in lattice-like meshes of main reinforcement groups or distributing bar groups stretched between the opposite main reinforcement groups or between the distributing bar groups, and then turned to latch the respective latch plates to the outside of each main reinforcement group or distributing bar group, whereby the opposite main reinforcement groups or distributing bar groups are connected to each other by the sheared reinforcement.
