PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a hanging member from being wound up by erroneous operation while the hanging member being not in use is stored in a boom, a leader or an upper part turning body. SOLUTION: In this construction machinery used in foundation construction work, the hanging member such as hooks of a plurality of winches is suspended from a tip of the boom, and the hanging member not used is suspended in the air. A movement detection means 20 for detecting that the hanging member moves to a sheave 3 side by predetermined distance is provided in a connection part to connect the hanging member such as the hook with the boom 2, the leader 15 or the upper part turning body. A controller 30 is provided to lock at least either of operation of winding-up of the hanging member and falling-down of the boom 2 and the leader by a signal from the movement detection means 20.
