发明名称 MOVING MECHANISM OF PRESSURE ROLLER IN WINDING DEVICE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving mechanism of a pressure roller in a winding device capable of pressurizing a sheet against a winding core by the pressure roller with proper pressing force and pressurizing the sheet against the winding core properly without changing the moving mechanism (hardware) of the pressure roller even if external shape of the winding core is changed. SOLUTION: A nip roller 13 forming and guiding an electrode sheet 12 in an laminated condition is provided above the winding core 11 turned and moved at a predetermined position. The electrode sheet 12 is pressed against a right side face of the winding core 11 by the pressure roller 14 while the electrode sheet 12 comes into contact with the right side face of the winding core 11. A position of the pressure roller 14 is controlled in the direction of X-axis and the direction of Y-axis so that travel speed at a contact point of an outer peripheral face of a support part 11a having semi-circular arc shape in which the pressure roller 14 is formed in both end parts of the winding core 11 for a surface of the winding core 11 and the pressure roller 14 is reduced to perform press of the electrode sheet 12 properly.
