PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film transferring implement capable of simply providing a function such as easy-to-cut property of a coating film during transferring on the coating film of a conventional transferring tape. SOLUTION: The coating film transferring implement 1 wherein a feed reel 4 and a take-up reel 5 are arranged in a main body container 3 whose front end is opened, and a transfer head 6 is projected from the opening 2, and a transfer tape 7 wound on the feed reel 4 is delivered, and it is turned reversely at the top end of the transfer head 6 and is taken up on the take-up reel 5, is characterized by providing a function providing device 8 for providing a specified function to the coating film 7a of the transfer tape 7 at a position between the feed reel 4 and the transfer head 6 in the main body container 3.
