A terminal device (300) includes a domain key storage section (311) for holding a domain key common to the domain to which the terminal device (300) belongs, a backup processing section (303) for copying the data shared by the domain, thereby generating backup data, and an encryption/decryption section (306) for encrypting the backup data by using the domain key held in the domain key storage section (311) and generating encrypted backup data. The backup processing section (303) stores the encrypted backup data in a network storage (200).
