<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavefront aberration correction mirror and an optical pickup in which an influence of temperature on the flatness of the mirror is minimized. <P>SOLUTION: The wavefront aberration correction device has a collimate means 23a which collimates light emitted from a light source 15, a collimate control means and a wavefront aberration correction mirror 9a which corrects the aberration by moving the mirror face. The collimate control means controls the collimate means 23a so that the light to be collimated is directed to a divergent direction or a convergent direction from parallel light according to the concave face 9b or the convex face 9c of the wavefront aberration correction mirror 9a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
