<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a LED lighting system capable of emitting light of specified color temperature. <P>SOLUTION: In a LED strobolight 10 with light source LEDs of three colors R, G and B 38R, 38G, 38B, LEDs of three colors 38R, 38G, and 38B are connected in parallel for each color, and a resistor 52R is connected in series so that the current flowing in each LED 38R, 38G and 38B is steady.
