<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water collector for safely and inexpensively creating water even at a location, where it is difficult to acquire raw water, such as seawater. <P>SOLUTION: An air blower 16 is operated at night, high-humidity outdoor air is introduced to the inside of an adsorption-desorption apparatus 18, and water vapor is adsorbed to an adsorbent-desorbent in the adsorption-desorption apparatus 18. At day time, the air blower 16 is stopped, the adsorbent-desorbent inside the adsorption-desorption apparatus 18 is heated by solar light, and adsorbed water is desorbed from the adsorbent-desorbent to air inside the adsorption-desorption apparatus 18. Water vapor inside the adsorption-desorption apparatus 18 is condensed when it comes into contact with the condensation surface as a part of the inner surface of the adsorption-desorption apparatus 18.
