PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CAD terminal capable of immediately acquiring up-to-date information of a library controlled by a library controller. SOLUTION: Whether a foot pattern is updated or not is inquired to the library controller by an update inquiry part 11, a new foot pattern after updated is indicated by an updated library acquirement propriety indicating part 12 when the foot pattern is updated, and the new foot pattern after updated is acquired by an updated library acquiring part 13.
