PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning control device for a vehicle which improves fuel consumption by decreasing engine speed in an idling state while making use of deceleration energy. SOLUTION: A power saving control unit 13 controls the cooling performance of a vehicular air-conditioner 1 by conducting the capacitance control of a variable displacement compressor 4 in an air-conditioning cycle 2 and the rotation control of an electric cooling fan 33 for a condenser 5. The variable displacement compressor 4 is driven by an engine 10, and the electric cooling fan 33 is driven by a fan motor 34 using an alternator 35 operated by the driving force of the engine 10 as its power supply. In decreasing the rotational speed of the engine 10, the discharge capacitance of the variable displacement compressor 4 is increased, and the rotational speed of the electric cooling fan 33 is increased to regenerate the kinetic energy of the engine 10.
