PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower part rolling wheel mechanism which vertically oscillates front and rear wheels like a balance by making a pivotally supporting shaft as a fulcrum, and a lower part rolling wheel structure of a crawler traveling device which easily regulates vertical oscillation of the rolling wheel. SOLUTION: In this crawler traveling device, the front and rear rolling wheels 22 are journaled on a rolling wheel supporting piece 29 oscillatably provided on a traveling frame 17 by making the pivotal shaft 26 as the fulcrum, and a grounding side inner peripheral surface of a crawler 15 wound on a drive wheel 16 and a driven wheel 19 is guided by the rolling wheels 22. By forming a regulating surface 33 substantially parallel to a lower surface of the traveling frame 17 on the rolling wheel supporting piece 29 when the rolling wheel supporting piece 29 becomes a horizontal state and mounting a planar regulating plate 36 in a gap H between the regulating surface 33 and a lower surface of the traveling frame 17, further upward oscillation of the side mounted with the regulating plate 56 is eliminated from the substantially horizontal state of the rolling wheel supporting piece 29, and oscillation to an upper side of the rolling wheel 22 is regulated.
