EXHAUST PIPE EQUIPMENT OF SLURRY TREATMENT APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide exhaust pipe equipment which is designed so that a solid content-containing gas exhausted from a treatment apparatus of slurry fluid is not deposited inside exhaust pipes. SOLUTION: The vertical exhaust pipe L3and, in succession to this, the transverse exhaust pipe L4are connected to a flash tank 1 and the downstream side thereof is connected to a cleaning tower 4. The transverse exhaust pipe L4is obliquely disposed at a specified angleα(0.3-10°) of down grade on the downstream side. When the high temperature and high pressure slurry fluid is supplied to the flash tank 1, the slurry fluid is evacuated by a pressure-reducing valve V3 and the fluid is flash-vaporized by the evacuation. The slurry treatment apparatus is constructed so that the solid content-containing the gas which contains the solid content of crystals precipitated by cooling is prevented from being deposited inside the exhaust pipe L4by the piping inclination.
